The Santa Barbara House

LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN SANTA BARBARA

The Santa Barbara House is a historic home with formal gardens in downtown Santa Barbara, steps from Alice Keck Memorial Park, the SB Courthouse and State Street. It was built in 1904 by the Hunt family and is currently undergoing a loving restoration by the Bogan family. The projected plans are sensitive to the architectural history of the home and include changes to the exterior, interior and landscaping. The house and garden will be completed in late 2020 and will be available for vacation stays and intimate events. More information and photographs coming soon.

This is the power of gathering, it inspires us, delightfully, to be more hopeful, more joyful, more thoughtful: in a word, more alive.
